How to apply to MTV to be cast in a reality show?

I assume that most of the people in MTV's reality shows are cast from
applying to MTV directly via their website. If this is the case, does
anybody know where to click on their site to apply? Alternatively, if
there is some other way of applying, then please let me know :D
