Is Tokyo FM on Keyhole TV?

I just learned about Keyhole TV. I downloaded it and it works.
However, the program list is incomplete and I can't find the station
that I am looking for, which is Tokyo FM 80.0 Mhz. Does anyone know
if that station is on Keyhole TV;s list? If so, which entry is it on
the list (TBS Radio 954 is on line 2 and FM Kyoto is on the next to
the last line.)
